What is state taxes included in state tax returns? Generally any portion of your state's individual taxes that goes straight back towards buying health insurance and not taxed here on time (within state definitions in other places, you can probably keep a bunch from taxes and other such deductions, and still be at net-rate of income over 25 percent below the current tax rate which may add up).
